ABOUT THE ARTIST
Hello! I'm known as Mediocre or Med online, and I am a mainly 2D artist with 10+ years of experience in traditional art, and 5+ years of experience in digital art.I have certifications in both Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, although I do not actively use either program. I am proficient in Procreate, having used that as my main digital art program since late 2020.I have been formally educated in art in a Public School setting, having taken art classes my entire life. During High School, I took AP 2D Design my Senior year, and received a 4 on the portfolio I submitted through College Board.I have previously worked in High School as the main artist for our onstage theatrical productions, designing the posters and shirts to advertise the production. I also worked behind the scenes as an artist painting murals for sets, making and painting props, and assisting with painting and building set pieces.I have also previously been a regular volunteer at a Reptile Rescue local to me. Through my rescue, I've also done educational programs with reptiles, providing outreach and information, helping to de-stigmatize reptiles, and help people who are interested in them find ways they can learn about them. I am also a volunteer at a local museum, where I host educational programs with insects, letting kids and adults interact with and handle them in order to help provide education and understanding on our planet and how every animal has a role.Through my rescue, I was commissioned for merchandise that was printed and sold on their website.I have also designed some emotes and assets on Twitch for the streamers listed below:
